How to prepare EnergieShake drink
Mixing Instructions
Each sachet of EnergieShake should be reconstituted with 200ml (1/3 pint) of whole milk or water.
You will need:
- Large glass or shaker
- 200 ml of whole milk or water
- Whisk or spoon
Directions:
- Empty sachet of EnergieShake into a cup, jug or shaker
- Add a little milk or water (50ml) into the cup, jug or shaker
- Stir to make a smooth cream with a fork or whisk
- Add the remaining 150ml milk or water and whisk to make the milkshake drink of 200ml
