Cream of Cauliflower Soup


• 1 sachet of EnergieShake Powder® (Neutral flavour)
• 1⁄4 celery, chopped
• 1⁄2 a leek, in bits
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 head of cauliflower
• 800ml chicken bouillon
• 1 cup of whole milk
• 200ml single cream
• Pinch of pepper and


1) Chop the leek and celery. Put this in a pot with butter.
2) Divide the cauliflower into small pieces and add to the
pot. Fry for 1 minute.
3) Pour in chicken bouillon, milk and single
cream. Leave this to boil for 10-15 minutes
until the cauliflower is soft.
4) Finally pour the soup into a blender until
puréed and add the sachet of
EnergieShake Powder®. Season with
pepper and salt.
