• 200ml double cream
• 225g cooking chocolate
• 4 egg yolks, separated
• 2 egg whites, separated
• 100g icing sugar
• 1 sachet of EnergieShake Powder®
1) Whip the cream until soft and
put it in the refrigerator.
2) Melt the chocolate in a bowl
over a pan of boiling water,
